In the photos you can see in detail the dials and their details. This makes them unique and, at the same time, can be misunderstood if you do not understand the concept of craftsmanship and its imperfections.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee commitment allows you to exchange or return your product up to 10 days after the date you received it, paying only the shipping cost, which will be the same as the shipping cost. Just make sure that the product you want to exchange or return is unused, with all its accessories and original packaging. Reimbursement is made through the PayPal secure system.

If the product you purchased did not have the technical characteristics reported, or if it arrived damaged or incomplete, do not worry, you can exchange it immediately. If the product is faulty or defective within 6 months from the date it was received, you can choose between free repair, or after restitution, exchange or refund of the amount paid, provided that the product has not deteriorated due to an event attributable to the consumer.
